What Bridges team members say about their careers at Bridges:
“A place I am happy to go to everyday. Bridges offers flexible hours, education stipends, and the supervision one needs to feel supported. The culture at Bridges is inclusive and welcoming. I would recommend Bridges to anyone”
“I started with Bridges as an RBT, working with children and families in the field. I now work in the office and I get to expand my skills. The best part about my new office role is that my managers are allowing me to essentially write my own job description based on the things I enjoy and am good at. I have noticed a lot of changes being made to the company as far as processes, so that more children can be serviced. Overall great environment and lots of learning!”
“Bridges provides in person, clinical supervision to our BCBA students at no charge. Each BCBA student receives group and individual supervision with our team of BCBAs. We individualize a Professional Development Plan for each BCBA student, in order to prepare and support each employee as they advance from being a student to being a successful BCBA”
