
Patty Weigand, PhD, BCBA
Autism Consultant
Dr. Patty Weigand has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2000. She is also a Licensed Behavior Analysis in the state of Arizona. Dr. Weigand completed her doctoral studies at Capella University in Education with a specialization in Instructional Design for Online Learning. She has over 30 years clinical experience with children with autism, providing in-home and telehealth behavior analytic services.
Dr. Weigand has been a staff member of Bridges, Inc. since 2006 and her primary professional goal with Bridges, Inc. is to support optimal treatment outcomes through the use of evidence-based behavior analytic services to individuals with autism.
Dr. Weigand’s research interests include language development in children with autism, behavior modification approaches for children with autism who have been diagnosed with enuresis and Sensory Signal Service Dogs (SSigDog) for Individuals with Autism.
Dr. Weigand’s professional affiliations include the Association for Positive Behavior Support, Association of Professional Behavior Analysis, Association for Behavior Analysis International and the American Academy of Special Education Professionals.
